About The Position
Adecco is collaborating with SIG SAUER to find a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for their Corporate Headquarters located in Newington, NH. This position is essential for supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) Team in ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. The role requires full-time commitment, with 40 hours of work per week, and is fully onsite from Monday to Friday. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include sorting and distributing a high volume of invoices received via email, USPS mail, and other sources. The clerk will also be tasked with forwarding vendor charges to the vendor maintenance team, printing invoices from UPS and FedEx websites for entry, and reconciling customer accounts to their statements. Additionally, the clerk will assist in completing weekly check mailings and collecting ACH payment requests. The role may also involve special projects as they arise, providing a dynamic work environment that requires adaptability and attention to detail.
