Heritage Vet Partners is looking to grow our Accounts Payable team in the West Point or Omaha area! We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Associate to handle various back-office duties. This position will work directly with our Accounts Payable Specialists as well as our Accounting Operations Manager.

Requirements

• High attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Team player
• Computer & Excel knowledge and experience
• Basic Accounting or accounts payable knowledge

Responsibilities

• Entering bills for payment in our expense reporting platform as well as assisting clinics with their entries
• Various bookkeeping tasks
• Communication with our vendor AR departments
• Various other duties as assigned
