About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Office Assistant with a strong focus on Accounts Payable to support our finance and administrative teams during a 2-month project. The ideal candidate will have experience with invoice matching, purchase order verification, and general office support. Familiarity with Great Plains software is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable or administrative roles
  • Proficiency with computers; Great Plains experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents with accuracy
  • Enter and verify vendor invoices using accounting software
  • Maintain organized filing systems for AP and administrative documentation
  • Assist with data entry, scanning, photocopying, and other office support tasks
  • Track and reconcile outstanding invoices
  • Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing
