Garden State Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Accounts Payable Administrator to join our TEAM! As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you are responsible for day-to-day tasks related to processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, maintaining records, and reconciling accounts as part of a small team led by the Accounts Payable Manager. This position offers a competitive base salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year. The Corporate Office is conveniently located at 1324 Wyckoff Road in Wall, New Jersey. This office is home to our dedicated teams specializing in accounts receivable and payable, corporate administration and finance, human resources, inventory and purchasing, marketing, and sample department offices using Epicor’s Prophet 21 Software. The current office hours are 5 days a week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling available. The position is a 5 day in office position.
