We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Office Assistant to join a prestigious property management company. The Corporate Office Assistant is a versatile role that combines responsibilities in both reception and accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting the finance team with essential accounts payable tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment, greeting and assisting visitors, and managing incoming calls. You will also handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain office supplies, and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and catering arrangements. On the accounts payable side, you will process and code incoming invoices, prepare and maintain accounts payable records, reconcile vendor statements, and assist in payment runs. Your collaboration with the finance team will be crucial in improving accounts payable processes and efficiency, especially during month-end and year-end closing processes.
