Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted company policies and practices Responsible for the integrity of Tangible and Intangible Assets and depreciation calculations for multiple locations. Insure proper recording of new acquisitions, internal transfers and dispositions. Prepares amortization and depreciation projects for forecast and budgeting activities. Analyzes General Ledger for variances and exceptions and prepares journal entries for month end closing. Mains Prepaid and Accrued Expenses spreadsheet, reconciliations and related GL activity. Reconciles Inter-Company activities. Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data. Assists Controllers in the preparation of monthly Financial Statements, Forecasts and Budgets Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.
