About The Position

McCarthy Auto Group is looking for an Accounting/Title Clerk. We are looking for individuals who want to start or grow their career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a fast paced environment, is very detail oriented and enjoys interacting with employees and customers on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Works well in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Great customer service skills
• Experience using excel
• Experience using a dealership management system (Reynolds experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Stock in new vehicles
• Process daily deposits
• Handle accounts receivable
• Type titles/MSOs
• File liens with the state in a timely manner
• Apply for duplicate titles
• Call on lien releases
• Register out of state vehicles
• All title follow up
• Assist with other office functions as needed
