About The Position
The Accounting Systems and Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the accounting software systems and databases used by the company's accounting department. This role includes processing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and maintaining financial records related to accounts payable. The specialist will also provide training and support to staff, manage updates and upgrades of accounting systems, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
