About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them professionally and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Assist in processing operating accounts payable for multiple companies, ensuring accurate and timely entry of transactions.
  • Process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and correct coding.
  • Prepare and schedule payments for vendors; process payments via check or ACH, and track payment status to ensure timely and accurate settlement of accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts payable to vendor statements monthly.
  • Support the maintenance of the general ledger by posting journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial summaries as needed by the accounting or finance teams.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, contracts, and related administrative paperwork.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and managing inventory to ensure the department runs efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
