About The Position

Join a team that is responsible for review and approval of books of accounts and reconciliations. You will participate in the month / quarter close process. You will perform variance analysis for impact of financial results against monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts. You will assist the development of Strategic plans, annual plans and monthly forecasts. You will be required to identify and communicate opportunities to improve controls and financial and operational processes. You will assist internal and external audits and lead SOX compliance of the organization's processes and maintain process and key controls documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

Nice To Haves

• Some relevant experience in similar positions
• Masters degree in Finance or CPA
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP, Hyperion and Excel
• Ability to present complex analysis with clarity
• Global mindset
• Ability to work well with cross-cultural teams
• Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business
• Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal controls
• Prior experience as a people manager
• Good oral and written communication
