About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in various Oracle ledger responsibilities
• Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Engage in various aspects of the accounting period closing process.
• Calculate, prepare and enter journal entries into Oracle General Ledger.
• Complete balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly or quarterly basis, including investigation and analysis of root cause and driving resolution related to reconciling items.
• Record intercompany charges to/from Corporate through Long Term Debt (LTD) account.
• Coordinate and complete yearly internal and external financial audit requests.
• Complete quarterly financial and tax reporting requirements passed from Corporate.
• Drive process improvement for Accounts Payable team.
• Summarize and report capital spending and payments, including working with project managers and ISE management on ad hoc reporting requests.
• Support Manager of Fixed Assets and AP in maintaining Fixed Asset Register.
• Report Sales and Use Tax to Corporate Tax department on a monthly basis.
• Process accounts payable transactions including matching and keying invoices, as needed.
• Maintain Employee Master file.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
