Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of experience in an office, working with financial records.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years bookkeeping experience to include accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Direct experience in collections and/or liens.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Access, Excel, Outlook and Word (version 2010 or higher).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Pro (PDF).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
