Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or SEC compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of SEC filings and FASB standards.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with corporate executives.
  • Proficiency in communicating complex regulatory changes clearly.
  • Experience in enablement or training initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to link technical knowledge with customer needs effectively.
  • Adaptability and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for transforming complex financial requirements into simple solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver enablement resources for customer-facing teams.
  • Lead and conduct internal training sessions on SEC compliance matters.
