About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Reviewing all jobs from the previous day to confirm correct payment for COD or email invoices for Net 30 jobs.
• Ensuring each job is properly recorded in QuickBooks.
• Communicating regularly with dispatch to address any payment issues and working with the Operations Manager to prevent technicians from leaving a job without collecting payment.
• Following up on COD jobs not collected from the previous day by calling, texting, and emailing for payment, focusing on collecting payment within the first 24 hours.
• Managing Net 30 jobs by sending invoices within 24 hours and confirming receipt with the contractor.
• Following up with a call if confirmation is not received to ensure the right person received the invoice.
• Sending all non-communicating customers to collections at predetermined dates.
• Costing each job daily to track expenses and profitability.
• Sending weekly reports of any 'trouble payment jobs' to management for further action.
• Breaking down all jobs over $10,000 into time and material costs for accurate billing.
• Managing contractor and technician spiffs to ensure proper incentives are provided.
