About The Position

Superfeet is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our finance department in Ferndale, WA. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Requirements

• 3-5 years' relevant experience
• Accounting coursework preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong ability to follow up on matters
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Driven to be proactive and not reactive
• Demonstrate the ability to hold oneself and others accountable
• Strong organizational skills, including time management

Responsibilities

• Handling accounts payable for US entity and vendors
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Vouchering invoices for payment
• Ensuring bills are paid timely and accurately
• Billing and invoicing
• Maintaining customer account information
• Monitor taxability and maintain resale certificates for customers
• Month end duties as applicable
• Act as backup for payment processing
• Process incoming mail at HQ
• Perform miscellaneous research, filing, and projects as needed
