About The Position

Requirements

• Intermediate Skills in MS Office to include Access / Excel

• Prior work experience with accounting/finance/accounts payable/lending
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/Business
• Advanced skills in all MS Office

Responsibilities

• Complete daily posting of Nelnet education loan activity
• Complete accounting for the Credit Union Student Choice (CUSC) entries and balance reconciliations
• Complete daily reviewing and processing of corporate credit card expense reports
• Ensure daily / monthly reconcilement of the corporate bank account at Catalyst Corporate Federal Union
• Record and reconcile monthly operational entries
• Post various department check deposits as directed
