Upsourced is seeking a talented Accounting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is designed for professionals who are looking to supplement their existing careers or prefer the flexibility of part-time work. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing high-quality accounting services. You will be an integral part of our team and culture, working collaboratively with other professionals in a fast-paced environment. Our primary focus is on delivering accounting, oversight, and CFO advisory services to marketing agencies across the country. We do not engage in audits or compliance work; instead, we prepare financials, build forecasts, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to help our clients make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles. You will be responsible for preparing and sending invoices, reviewing and preparing bills for approval and payment, and building accurate financial reports. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
