About The Position

The position requires an individual to perform essential functions successfully, with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities include ensuring payments are posted correctly, setting up automatic draft payments, monitoring payments, and addressing client concerns in a timely manner. The role also involves communication with law offices, collection agencies, and real estate agents, as well as handling past due accounts and creating payment plans for homeowners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma - required.
  • 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience - preferred.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands and stay focused on own work.
  • Ability to learn from feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service or client relations.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Communicate effectively in person or via telecommunications with clients and co-workers.
  • Ensure payments are posted to the correct accounts and deposited into correct accounts.
  • Setup automatic draft payments and address client concerns via email and/or phone.
  • Monitor all payments within a 48-hour turnaround time.
  • Communicate with law offices, collection agencies, and real estate agents via email and/or phone.
  • Handle past due accounts within a Homeowner’s Association.
  • Ensure the law office knows which accounts are in their possession and withdraw accounts that have been closed.
  • Work with homeowners to create payment plans.
  • Process billing, late fees, interest, exceptions, returns, and statements.
  • Update accounts when unit sales have completed.
