Responsibilities

  • Professionally communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Assist in processing work authorizations using Microsoft Word.
  • Process and input customer A/R invoices and payments using MAS100.
  • Process and input vendor A/P invoices into MAS100.
  • Maintain and organize A/P files.
  • Review vendor statements to ensure listed invoices have been received.
