Requirements

• Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Lutron vendors as the one-stop solution for their needs.
• Employ software to process invoices, review reconciliations, and credit memos.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding statements, short payments, and other questions.
• Research vendor questions on invoice discrepancies.
• Leverage analytical skills and detail orientation to ensure key performance indicators (KPI's) are achieved.
• Utilize creative and outside-of-the-box thinking skills to propose solutions to business challenges.
