As an Accounting Services Manager you will:

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Six to eight years of related experience is preferred
Strong communication skills and proven leadership experience
Proficiency with Microsoft programs and accounting software
Strong multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

Review workpapers, reconcile accounts, and compile financial statements for clients
Process payroll and review payroll tax forms such as 1099s, sales tax forms, etc.
Provide timely and accurate accounting assistance per client requests
Oversee payroll and sales tax audits and respond to related tax notices
Assist with individual and business preparation services
Perform and review research
Promote staff development through mentoring, training, retention, and team-building activities
Prepare proposals for request for services
Effectively manage other staff
Present internal and external training and seminars on technical issues
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
