About The Position
This position is for an accounting professional responsible for monitoring and administering the leasing and operational accounting activities for the Young-Rainey STAR Center. You will be responsible for AP, AR, utilities billing, lease billing management, sales tax account reconciliation and budget management. Perform highly responsible technical accounting and financial work performing a variety of accounting duties in the preparation, maintenance, review, and analysis of complex accounting, financial and statistical records which are part of a more complex computer automated recordkeeping system. Processes accounting and financial transactions requiring independent judgment in researching and reconciling discrepancies. Maintains accounts and ensures accounts are in compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Tasks involve assistance in the development of procedures or techniques to meet Department requirements.
