Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting services.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform or manage a range of accounting services including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cost accounting, tax accounting, and cash management accounting.
• Analyze and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports.
• Maintain accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
• Provide accounting guidance related to proposed transactions to ensure conformity with local GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
• Identify and escalate documents that require attention for completion.
