About The Position
This is a key role within the Company's Controllership team, responsible for providing guidance to accounting, regulatory, finance, and other cross-functional partners related to the appropriate application of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) accounting guidance and oversight of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. Lead special projects for management including, but not limited to, accounting research and analysis, preparation of documentation and accounting memos, and oversee presentation and disclosure within SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and FERC filings.
