About The Position

Messerli Kramer, a trusted Twin Cities law firm since 1965, is looking a full-time ACCOUNTING REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Plymouth, MN. Under general supervision and following established procedures, the ACCOUNTING REPRESENTATIVE is responsible for a variety of accounting duties and tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6+ months previous professional working experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation

Responsibilities

• Paying invoices
• Depositing cash and physical checks
• Cut checks and send to proper receiver
