Requirements

Associate’s degree in accounting/business or related field is preferred.
2+ years in an accounting office or similar role
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office platform
Experience using various ERP systems (Microsoft Great Plains experience preferred)
Strong communication skills
Ability and interest in problem-solving, self-starter
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment

Responsibilities

Conduct financial audits and performance evaluation of vending machine operations, including revenue, cash flow, profitability, and cost analysis.
Act as a liaison between the finance department and internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to gather financial data and provide baseline insights for decision-making.
Assist with month-end closing and reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and IT to align financial goals with business objectives and strategies.
Input financial information into databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software with precision and attention to detail.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data entry workflows and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
