About The Position
As an Accounting Professional at Krauth Electric, you will play a crucial role in a multi-company environment that encompasses both service-based and manufacturing businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and providing financial data through an ERP system, which will involve managing work-in-progress (WIP) processing, manufacturing inventory control, and service/repair orders. You will also be involved in various HR functions and will handle a diverse range of tasks typical of small companies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a variety of responsibilities. The role requires a minimum of an Associate Degree, although relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. You should have at least three years of accounting experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/accounting software is essential, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV being particularly beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary to effectively interact with team members and clients. Time management skills and dependability are critical, as you will be coordinating various activities within the organization.
