Our beautiful HQ in Stamford, CT is just steps away from the Stamford Metro-North Train Station and easily accessible from NYC Your ‘day to day’: Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance local finance standards and supporting documentation, ensuring alignment with U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks. Define and govern U.S. data standards, including data definitions, naming conventions, and classification rules, to ensure consistency and integrity across financial systems and reporting. Own the finance policy governance framework, including change management, exception handling, and documentation. Maintain a centralized, version-controlled repository of all finance policies with clear accessibility. Partner with Finance, IT, Internal Audit, Compliance, and PMI Global teams to ensure standards and policies are practical, scalable, and enforceable. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting policy, financial standards, or internal controls.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX and financial reporting requirements.
  • Coupons Offered on Consumer Loyalty Program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA a huge plus.
  • Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
