About The Position

As the Accounting Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the organization overseeing the AP, AR, and Treasury Management functions. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising a team of employees. The successful candidate will serve as support for both external and internal audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prefer 3-5 years of experience in AP/AR/Treasury
  • Prefer 2 years of direct people management experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, familiar with SAP is a plus
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP up, HLOOKUP, pivot table, etc.) and other relevant software applications
  • Assistant to the controller

Nice To Haves

  • CPA is a plus
  • familiar with SAP is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee company's invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation activities
  • Ensure payments are made accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies
  • Generate and analyze accounts payable reports for management review
  • Hire, train, and manage AP personnel
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in accounts payable procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
  • Assist internal and external auditor for accounts payables
  • Resolve vendor disputes and manage escalations effectively
  • Other duties to assist Controller
  • Build and maintain AOI US cash flow forecast on a weekly basis
  • Optimize AOI US cash position by monitoring cash collection and disbursement
  • Provide the required reports for AOI US's Asset Based Loan program on a weekly or monthly basis
  • Assist Controller to manage foreign exchange exposures in other subsidiaries.
  • Manage intercompany loan program
  • Manage AOI US interco AR/AP monthly confirmation
  • Assist internal and external audit in Treasury area
  • Other duties to assist Controller
  • Oversee company's end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
  • Monitor outstanding accounts to reduce aging balances and ensure timely payments
  • Coordinate with Treasury team to manage the cash flow
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in accounts receivable procedures
  • Assist internal and external auditor for accounts receivable
  • Other duties to assist Controller
