The Accounting and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of Proven IT Colorado financials. This role leads the Colorado team and reports to the VP of Finance at Proven IT. The Accounting and Operations Manager maintains standards, policies, and procedures for financial reporting, inventory management, and regulatory compliance in Colorado. They prepare and reviews financial reconciliations and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data. In addition, this position leads strategic planning related to accounting and operational policies, maintains robust internal controls, and provides timely, actionable financial insights to management to support informed decision-making.
