About The Position

Summary of Position Responsible for leading the operation of the fleet program for the enterprise. Responsible for providing analyses on a broad range of operational accounting transactions, particularly the U.S. accrued utilities accounts. Responsible for identifying, understanding, and monitoring significant issues and assumptions that are critical to the make up of operational accounting related costs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operation of the enterprise fleet program, including managing the relationship with our external fleet administration service provider(s), and providing support for fleet vehicle drivers, Field Operations Management, and Store Support Center Leadership. Perform accounting analyses within the area of assignment, primarily the US Accrued Utilities accounts; and research and resolve accounting errors or discrepancies to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations, primarily for the U.S. Accrued Utilities accounts. Perform ad-hoc accounting and financial analyses for management In conjunction with accounting management, assist in the identification of relevant issues within the department and participate in the creation of innovative solutions and/or the implementation of new procedures. Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of general accounting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of, and ability to interpret and apply, finance and accounting policies, practices, and systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Lawson accounting software

Responsibilities
