About The Position

JN Money Services USA Inc. is seeking to recruit suitably qualified Accounting Officer for our Florida location. The Accounting Officer is responsible for a range of activities which will aid in ensuring the operational effectiveness and day -to -day functionalities.

Requirements

Associate Degree or equivalent experience in relevant area
Three (3) to five (5) years experience required
Ability to handle a broad range of tasks or situations without assistance, resolve complex issues, and executes tasks with little supervision
Clerical accuracy, organizational and follow -up skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Required experience with Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

Process all invoices (procurements made without purchase orders, such as utilities, taxes, rents), check requests, and obtain invoice approvals, ensure no duplicates or erroneous payments
Ensure purchase orders, receipts and invoices are matched
Responsible for receiving and processing credit memos where applicable
Assist with accuracy and timeliness of check processing
Prepare EMoney report for Agent balances on a daily basis
Resolving delinquencies and discrepancies between the Accounting Department and Agents; keeping a track record of their overall weekly figures and payments made
Run daily TabaPay transactions for Agents and apply to balances – inclusive of voids, credits and refunds when needed
Administer and maintain Insurance policies – Health, Property, Motor vehicle and any other
Administer and maintain invoices, check requisition, of rent for lease properties
Preparation, printing and dispatching of 1099 Tax Forms to required vendors and Agents
Monthly reconciliation of credit card statement, payment and submission to the Accounting Department
