Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reports, Journal Entries and the 'why' behind them
• ERP system experience (Dynamics preferred, others considered)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Self-directed with the ability to take ownership and get the job done

Nice To Haves

• Background in public accounting is a plus
• Be able to travel up to 20% to facilities located near you

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting processes for multiple facilities, ensuring accurate and timely financials
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections in line with GAAP and contractual terms
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial statements and documentation for audits
• Provide oversight of travel expenses and general ledger coding
• Partner with leadership to identify efficiencies and support business growth
