About The Position
The Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the accounting team; hires and manages accounting staff, develops processes and procedures to ensure effective general ledger, revenue recognition, cost allocation, reconciliations, month-end processes and grant reporting. The Accounting Manager will lead the organization through the audit each year and will support actual financial report preparation in a highly collaborative environment. This individual reports to the Controller.
