About The Position

The Accounting Manager will manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company and ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and scalable accounting processes. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys building efficient systems, supporting a growing organization, and partnering closely with leadership to deliver financial insights. The Accounting Manager will oversee the monthly close process, manage accounting staff, and improve financial systems and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3 - 5+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience leading month-end close processes
Net Suite, Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
Highly detail oriented
Process-driven and systems focused
Strong communicator and cross-functional partner
Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment

Nice To Haves

CPA designation
Experience in technology, logistics, or SaaS environments
Experience implementing or scaling accounting systems

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Ensure accuracy of financial records
Oversee and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Manage accounting system configuration and improvements
Own the monthly, and annual close process
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
Ensure timely reporting and compliance with internal and external requirements
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to improve financial visibility
Support revenue recognition processes and logistics-related financial reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
