About The Position

As an Accounting Manager, you will lead a dynamic team in corporate accounting, overseeing crucial accounting activities and being the cornerstone of annual audits and financial reporting. This role drives accuracy and integrity, collaborating with industry experts and committed teams to ensure compliance with both U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field required.
• 4+ years related experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate departments and subsidiary entities to enhance financial operations and consistency.
• Review month-end and quarterly financial information.
• Review and reconcile financial information for balance sheet accounts.
• Compile and analyze financial information in order to transact journal entries to the general ledger.
• Responsible for preparation, coordination and input of assigned month-end closing schedules and entries.
• Assists with internal and external audits by gathering and preparing financial information, answering and resolving inquiries with the external or parent-company auditors.
