About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to support and strengthen day-to-day accounting operations while helping mature processes in a recently implemented ERP environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong working experience in NetSuite
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and Alteryx (or similar) experience
• Proven ability to document processes clearly and consistently, and provide improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with collaborative approach working with internal teams and with external clients.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA preferred
• Familiarity with Emburse or similar expense management tools is a plus
• Experience with data mapping and data migration

Responsibilities

• Execute core accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Oversee the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly financial reports for management
• Supporting ongoing optimization and stabilization of NetSuite
• Build, maintain, and improve clear process documentation for accounting operations
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvement initiatives across accounting functions
• Leverage tools such as Alteryx to support data preparation, integration, and analysis
• Collaborate closely with internal client managers and external clients to ensure accurate, timely financial information
• Communicate clearly and proactively on status, risks, and deadlines
