The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial activity of assigned Prime Healthcare facilities, including the daily operations and responsibilities of the accountants. This role ensures accurate and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliation, reviews and prepares monthly financial statement packets for review by the Controller and executive team, and maintains complete and accurate records of all financial transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• One year of management experience
• Three or more years of Accounting/Finance experience
• Working knowledge of windows based personal computers
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Proficient in business software applications

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of management experience
• Meditech, Epic and/or Lawson experience
• CPA or Master’s Degree

Responsibilities
