About The Position

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounting/Finance Manager to support and oversee the financial operations of our multi-site practice. CPA candidates or individuals with public accounting experience are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in finance along with experience working in a multi-location environment. Healthcare experience—particularly in Dermatology, Med/Spa, or Veterinary—is highly preferred but not required. This individual must be a strong communicator and a skilled financial analyst with the ability to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. The Finance Manager will prepare clear and accurate financial reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to help improve operational efficiency and support the continued growth of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Multi-site experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems, Excel, Quick books and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and support leadership with accurate data.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience (Dermatology, Med/Spa, Veterinary, Dental) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations across all practice locations.
• Manage roughly 25 million in assets
• Excellent knowledge of financial statements.
• Review revenue cycle reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
• Collaborate closely with CEO and Operations Director.
• Maintain accuracy within accounting systems and support data integrity efforts.
