Energetic leader who loves building and developing a team. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business. Five to Seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications: Track record of training and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks. Experience evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency. Experience overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time. Requirements
