About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial department and oversee all accounting operations. This role involves managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Requirements

Expertise in accounting, reconciliation, and month-end close processes.
Proficiency in financial reporting, financial statement preparation, and controller functions.
Experience with ERP systems, general ledger management, and journal entries.
10 years of continuous experience in accounting, demonstrating subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other applicable laws.
Manage payroll processes and coordinate with payroll service providers.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Provide tax and audit support, including preparation of workpapers and documentation.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning with company leadership.
Provide oversight, training, and mentorship to accounting staff.
