About The Position

What You Will Do: Manage all third-party payment platforms like a backstage hero of the AP world. Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and pull reports that keep our finances on point. Train users, troubleshoot systems, and recommend smarter, faster ways to do things. Set up users and support company-wide inquiries about disbursement and expense platforms (you’re the go-to guru). Use platform analytics to uncover trends for forecasting, budgeting, and compliance (hello, insights!).

Requirements

• 3+ years of AP or accounting experience
• Experience with multi-property and multi-state processing
• Strong Excel skills
• Exposure to Sage300, Concur, or Fintech
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
