Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accounting functions for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic financial consulting services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax returns.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure internal controls are in place.
• Advise clients on financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
