About The Position
In this high visibility role as the Accounting Manager, you will lead critical accounting functions and guide the success of your team and the company. You will oversee core accounting functions, guide a high-performing team, and help standardize financial processes in compliance with GAAP, company policy, and group goals. You will achieve excellence in accurate and timely financial reporting, ensure compliant processes, manage risk, and provide strategic analysis to support executive decision making in a collaborative way that assures internal and external customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have superior levels of integrity, honesty, outstanding people skills and be a driven problem-solver with a positive attitude. In this role you will report directly to the President & CEO.
