About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leading a team. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
