The Accounting Manager will perform month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, consolidating, and recognizing revenue to ensure accuracy and completeness. The role involves analyzing project profitability, reconciling and maintaining cost pools, reviewing daily accounts payable vouchers for accuracy and correct coding, overseeing biweekly payroll postings, administrating expense reporting software, supporting external auditors, and collaborating with other departments including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Projects Controls. The position also requires identifying and implementing improvements in accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
