• Proficiency in preparing Monthly Financial Statements
• Experience with Quickbooks Online is a must

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Generate detailed financial statements and reports
• Handle bank and credit card reconciliations
• Monitor, verify, and maintain budget sheets and project sheets
• Record all financial transactions accurately
• Manage monthly accruals and oversee the year-end close process
• Record and verify transactions, tracking in Microsoft Excel
• Use Microsoft Excel to create dynamic financial reports and models, preparing financial statements and reconciling the balance sheet
• Maintain and manage accounts payable
