About The Position

The Accounting Manager – Human Resources is a key member of the HR Finance team, which provides strategic financial guidance to the HR function at AutoZone. This role ensures financial controls are properly designed, effectively operating, and that financial risks are appropriately mitigated. The position is responsible for driving the business planning and financial reporting cycles through close collaboration with HR business partners, including executive leadership. As a trusted advisor, the Accounting Manager delivers actionable insights, supports strategic decision making, and advances HR’s strategic objectives. This role also identifies and implements process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of HR Finance processes, and provides ad hoc financial analyses in support of Finance and HR leadership.
