About The Position

Accounting Manager | Financial Close & Reporting Specialist Summary We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support financial close operations and improve accounting processes within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving continuous improvement across accounting functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (5+ years preferred).
• Experience in Big 4 firms or public companies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to perform manual calculations.
• Proven experience managing accounting close processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• CPA is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite and BlackLine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial results and investigate variances.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely response to audit requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and solve operational challenges.
