This role is responsible for overseeing corporate accounting functions, with a focus on accounts payable and treasury operations, while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. The Accounting Manager will manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain compliance with regulations, and support strategic initiatives that optimize cash flow and vendor relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CPA) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate accounting, with significant exposure to accounts payable and treasury management.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills for financial reporting and cash management.
  • Experience implementing automation tools and process improvements in accounting operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate accruals, invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
  • Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity optimization.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance procure-to-pay and treasury operations efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to accounts payable and treasury functions.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage a team of accounting professionals to foster collaboration and high performance.
  • Support automation and ERP initiatives to optimize financial operations and reporting.
